Editorial Director
Position Overview: The Stylus Group is excited to offer a progressive leadership opportunity for a valuable “hands on” experience and exposure to our unique production environment. This is a three-month part-time position (20-25 hours/week) that reports the Event Director.
Key Responsibilities: Accountable for managing the documentary team to plan creative concepts with acute attention to branding in order to produce videos for online content and maintain company archives. These videos range from interviews with guest speakers, and coverage of all National Stylus Spinfest Events.

Marketing Design Intern
Position Overview: If you have a passion for graphic design, a “can-do” attitude and strong work ethic you have a place on the Stylus Group Marketing and Communications Team. This is a two-month part-time position (20-25 hours/week) that reports the Event Director.
Key Responsibilities: Your role is to assist in the development of presentations, internal communications, website, and collateral materials for Stylus Spinfest publicity events by creating designs for production & sponsor approval.

Assistant Event Coordinator
Position Overview: Intern will gain insight into the event planning, publicity, marketing, & communications of the Stylus Awards production process. Should have precision attention to detail, have a love for events, provide outstanding customer service, and be an enthusiastic professional able to build relationships with internal and external clients. This is a three month part-time position (20-25 hours/week) that reports the Event Director with immediate start date.
Key Responsibilities: The successful incumbent will assist with many special events and company-wide initiatives while proactively managing pertinent calendars, deadlines, agendas with alertness to possible conflicts. Responsible for administration duties to organize and manage the day-to-day operations tasks which include but are not limited to: phone, email, and mail correspondence, database management, maintenance of electronic and paper files.
