The information in our accreditation form is being requested on a voluntary basis and will be used to determine whether or not you are eligible to obtain accreditation for 2011 Stylus SpinFest events & the Stylus Awards presented by Pioneer DJ. The information requested is essential for making a decision concerning your accreditation.

Online media must meet the following requirements:
·   A substantial amount of news-oriented video, audio and/or written material; content must be updated regularly.
·   For new websites; applicants must supply current audience data or other relevant material ie. Press citations etc.
·   Freelance media must be sponsored, providing a signed letter of assignment from your editor or producer.

All media guests are asked to kindly to maintain the highest level of quality and accuracy in all reportage providing clips, copies, or references of coverage within 10 days from the event end date.
