The One on Ones continue to receive positive feedback because it’s a great opportunity to build relationships and obtain professional advice when forming a career within the music industry. Unfortunately, many artists (producers, managers, etc) do not have relationships with key industry executives and this can create obstacles for artists to receive exposure and proper advice.
Each participant will book five minutes with a maximum of three (3) advisors of their choice, and can ask for advice or feedback. Once their five minutes have been completed, the participant will proceed to the next advisor on his/her appointment schedule and continue until their entire schedule has been completed.
One on Ones can be a great benefit to artists, producers, managers, etc. because it not only gives them a chance to network in a more initiate setting, but it also allows the artist to properly strategize the next step in their career.
